It seems like each year time just flies by. It’s as if you blink and another milestone is passing on by. As winter turns to spring, another school year is about to be completed. Are you ready to celebrate your son or daughter’s graduation? Whether graduating from high school, college, or even moving onwards from kindergarten or transitioning from middle school to high school, each milestone is worth celebrating. Every celebration needs to be remembered in some way or another. Why not have Freeze Frame Photo Lounge be a part of your commemoration. We can help celebrate those life moments and give you a momento to remember the day. With personalized graphics that we design, you and your guests can have the pictures as priceless keepsakes to cherish. The best part of our OPEN AIR style photo booth is that everyone can participate. Our photo booths allow all guests to see what’s going on and interact. As you get ready to plan and celebrate another one of life’s milestones, give us a call.

1:) Clean AFTER The Party

Save some stress by doing just a little cleaning and straightening before the party. Focus on the main things that people will actually notice. Skip the baseboards and back room. Then do a deep clean after everyone leaves so you’ll enjoy a clean house for a few weeks. The people you have over are not going to care if there’s a little dust on the shelf or your bathroom needs painting. Everyone is coming over to have a great time and be with YOU - not your house!

2:) Don’t Over Complicate Things

Step away from Pinterest! While we all would probably love to host a pin-worthy gala, there’s no need to spend hundreds of dollars on decor and table settings. Keep it simple.

3:) The Food

There’s an old saying ‘the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach’; so sit down, plan a doable menu, and serve up some awesome grub. Try to have at least two main dishes, sometimes three. Also, fresh fruit and veggies are a must. Finish off with a side dish or two and dessert. Voila! The LAST thing you want to happen is to run out of food or beverages, so make sure you plan for more than you think you’ll need.

4:) Use Paper Products

This will save you so much time and headaches. If you haven’t looked lately, some of the paper products available actually look quite nice! So if the thought of paper plates makes you cringe, splurge for the fancy disposable plates and silverware that look ‘real’.

5:) Small Details Can Make A Big Impact

Fresh flowers and balloons are always an inexpensive yet pretty way to dress up the venue. A photo booth is also often a very affordable way to make a big impact!

6:) Choose Your Guests

Invite guests that can interact on their own and add something positive to the event. Don’t invite people who cause drama, or someone you’ll have to spend the whole night with, making sure they are having fun.

7:) Plan For The Kids

If this is a family friendly party, be sure you take the kids into account. Have enough seating and table space for them if you don’t want kids sitting on the sofa trying to eat and drink. Have some simple toys or games available (ex. a basking of blocks or wooden train set can keep kids of all ages busy for hours). Also, you don’t have to spend money on games if you don’t want, have a few decks of cards out -they can play all sorts of simple games with them (Crazy 8, War, Old Maid, Memory/Matching, Kings Corner, etc.)!

8:) Make It Special

Want your party to stand out? How about a theme party! Depending on the time of year or the group you are inviting, there are lots of things you can do. Here are a few ideas to get you started:

  • Costume Party
  • Ugly Sweater
  • Murder Mystery Dinner
  • Game Night
  • Pie Day (where everyone brings a pie to share or all you serve is a variety of pies)
  • Karaoke Party
  • Fiesta
  • Pajama Party
  • Superhero Themed
  • Hawaiian Luau
  • 80’s Theme
  • Fairy Tale Gala
  • Around The World
  • Casino Night

9:) Easy Access To Food

Once everyone arrives, the last thing you want to do is be serving everyone. Have the food in an easy access location. People tend to gather in the kitchen, living room, and dining room. So, depending on your set-up, choose the best one for your home and have the food there. Make sure everything is set out and ready to go so it’s self-serve.

10:) Have FUN!

Once the party starts, just relax and ENJOY!

Photo booths are affordable

If you are looking to get the best 'bang for your buck' photo booths are almost untouchable. In general, photo booth rentals are going to range between $500 - $800 depending on the length of the event and other upgrades. Your guests get to use the photo booth as many times as they like and get to keep the photos! (more on this later). This can be the perfect party favor, reducing the need for you to buy trinkets, candy etc that most people will just throw away when they get home.

Photo booths are FUN

Getting your guests to let their hair down and have fun is usually the goal of most parties. Photo booths allow your guests to have fun, dress up in funny props, all while taking photos with friends and family.

Your guests get to keep a REAL, PRINTED photo, not just another photo on their phone

With a photo booth guests get a real, printed copy of their photographs to take home and hang on their fridge, put on their desk at work, or pass on to a loved one. As great as digital is, being able to actually take a photo print home is  priceless.

You can personalize the graphics

Have a specific theme for your party? Favorite colors? With a photo booth you get to have graphics that match everything which helps to really tie everything together.

You don't have to do anything other than enjoy the photo booth!

The most work you'll have to do is booking the booth in the first place, everything else is handled by us. During the event you'll just get to have fun and enjoy the booth with your friends and family.

With Freeze Frame Photo Lounge, no matter what your personality, theme or budget, we can assure you our photo booths will enhance your day.   We create the lasting impressions that you are looking to hold onto.

Our photo booths are open air which means more people and more fun! Our attendants know how to bring people together, get them out of their comfort zones without them even realizing that is what they are doing and capture some really great memories.

Your photos will be the topic of conversation at your event. Plus, everyone will have a keepsake to remind them of your special day.

We have the capability to add your logo or graphics to the photo strips or 4x6 prints or we can create something unique for you. We also have a large variety of backdrops and props that will be chosen to match your special day.

In addition to the photos that will go home with your guests, you can add a custom memory book; we will print an extra photo and have your guests sign with a special message for you. Now not only do they have a special keepsake, but you do too!

No matter what type of wedding it is, it should be a time of celebration and liveliness. Let Freeze Frame Photo Lounge help make it the perfect party that is full of life, memories and happiness.
